Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) machines deliver a constant stream of air through a mask, preventing the airway from collapsing.

For more severe cases, surgical procedures might be an option. These can range from removing excess tissue in the throat or nasal passages to correcting structural abnormalities like a deviated septum. It's important to consult with a doctor to determine the best course of action.
