There are also various throat sprays and oral appliances available that can help to keep the airway open. It’s important to do some research and find a reputable brand.

A doctor can perform a sleep study and recommend appropriate treatment options, which may include continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy or other medical interventions.
